Community Minister Network
Connecting faith-based outreach leaders together across the country.
Community Ministers - the Missing Link to Gospel Revival
Community Ministers are Christ Followers dedicated to connecting churches with local organizations in order to meet local needs.
These passionate individuals go by many names, but they share the vision to reach those around them for Christ through acts of service.
Our Network has spent the last three years researching this position and connecting many effective Community Ministers together.
The primary goal of a Community Minister is to inspire congregations to serve and reach people around them.

We focus on supporting and equipping a CM in every church.
The CM Network program:
Finds and Connects CMs through the Community Minister Network
Hosts Live Summits and Monthly Online Gatherings
Teaches New CMs through the CM Essentials Course
Commissions Ongoing CM Research
Creates Educational Resources about Community Ministry (like the Salty Talk Podcast and the Community Ministry Blog)
Raise Up Community Ministers in Your City
No one pastor has enough time to build all the necessary relationships needed to maximize Kingdom impact in their city.
Each Church needs a Community Minister!
Your Next Step
Option A: Enlist a Volunteer Community Minister
Select a trusted member of your congregation who has a passion to help you coordinator your church’s local outreach as a part time volunteer. Then get them started through the CM Essentials Course.
Option B: Add a Community Minister to Your Church's Staff Team
Staff CMs have more time and resources to offer, but they need support and encouragement. Empower them to magnify their impact by connecting them with our Network of successful CMs. You could even bless them by purchasing our CM Essential Course. CMs, both new and experienced, can benefit from it.
“This is where the future of the church in America will be decided. I really think the battleground for the lost in our country is in the context of our community.”
